"I think I have writer's block." Faye moaned as she feigned banging her head on the keyboard.

"What's the problem?" Jimmie asked, walking out of his kitchen with a bag of chips in one hand and a bottle of water in the other.

"Mostly, the problem is that I can't write." Faye answered sarcastically and Jimmie smirked at her.

"You're brilliant, and you never have writer's block." He answered, batting his eyelashes and grinning at her. "So what's the problem?"

"In a nutshell? I can't write!" Faye said with exasperation, but unable to keep the grin from her face as Jimmie smiled at her, dropping his bottle of water onto the desk.

"Oh. Well. It'll pass." Jimmie said with a wink.

"Very supportive. Thank you, honey." Faye grinned, snagging a chip from him.

"Can I help?" He murmured, nuzzling her earlobe with his lips, making her squirm in her computer chair.

"I don't think this is helping the writing process, honey…" Faye said as he head fell back, Jimmie's lips trailing along her jawline.

"I bet it will when I'm done with you..." Jimmie said huskily, grabbing one hand and pulling her from her chair so he could sit on it, before pulling her down onto his lap.

Faye giggled as she settled firmly into his lap, returning his kiss as the bag of chips fell unheeded to the floor. "Try." She challenged and grinned when she heard the loud answering growl in Jimmie's throat as he pressed his lips to hers.

"My god, do you rabbits ever quit?" Chad asked, striding through the front door and closing it behind him with his foot, balancing a bag of takeout in his hands.

"Shuddup." Faye muttered, her eyes still closed. "And go away."

"Don't mind me." Chad said, flopping down on the coach. "I'm just going to sit here and eat my food, all alone and friendless in this world."

Jimmie and Faye locked eyes and laughed before disentangling themselves from each other and the chair.

"Bad day?" Faye said sympathetically, sitting down beside Chad as Jimmie retrieved his snack and joined them.

"Let's see…bad meeting, bad meeting, yelled at by my boss, desperate cell phone calls to best friend unanswered…" Chad began, glaring at Jimmie. "…Another bad meeting, a flat tire and no cable."

"No cable?" Faye questioned.

"Uh, yeah. Forgot to pay the bill. Again."

"We could buy you a planner to remember this sort of stuff." Faye said sweetly as Chad tried to look at her sternly. "And maybe a beagle or a Pomeranian to keep you company."

"I don't like you." Chad mumbled, digging in his bag. "At all."

"You love me." Faye said with a smile, punching his arm. "You know you do."

"I'd love you better if you'd pay my cable bill."

"I'll work on it." Faye promised. "Jimmie, for god's sakes, next time Chad calls, answer your phone. I don't like Sad Chad. I only like Happy, Goober Chad."

"I'll work on it." Jimmie answered, dropping a kiss onto Faye's shoulder. "And I'll look into a beagle for him. Though really, I think Chad is more of a Pug guy, don't you?"

"Nah. You don't want to get him a dog cuter than he is." Faye answered seriously, causing Chad to choke on a french fry.

"Yeah. Really don't like you now."

"You wanna stay here tonight, pookie?" Faye asked with a sweet smile. "We paid our cable bill."

Chad looked from Faye to Jimmie to Faye again. "Um…you sure you don't mind? Because if you guys are going to be having hot, nasty, loud sex upstairs, I'd rather go home and stare at my blank walls."

Jimmie blushed slightly as Faye laughed. "No loud sex." She said seriously before breaking into a devilish grin. "We'll be really quiet." She added in a stage whisper.

Chad rolled his eyes and feigned being sick until Jimmie nudged him with an elbow. "It's cool, man. Stay. Don't mind the hussy over there."

"Gee, with friends like you, who needs enemies?" Chad muttered, digging into his dinner again.
